Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the merchandise is in its original condition, return it for an exchange or refund according to the following guidelines:
If you have the original receipt and attached tags, the International Polo Club will refund the item based on the original form and amount of payment within 30 days from date of receipt. Without the original receipt and attached tags, an IPC Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, and you still have your receipt, we can credit you back to your original form of payment within 30 days from date of receipt. Without a receipt, we will provide you with the last known value as a merchandise credit.
